SURGe, build IT tool for the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

SURGe, working with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, has built a new system to monitor prison performance in Ukraine. This tool tracks progress on prison financing, conditions, health care and more with a focus on rehabilitation and human rights. This evidence-based approach is central to reforming prisons in #Ukraine.
